Refund policy
Professional Parts
Unless otherwise stated explicitly on the product page, our parts do not come with installation instructions. Our parts are sold to be installed by users with mechanical knowledge and experience. As with many aftermarket parts that fit a range of vehicles, minor cutting or trimming may be required to complete installation. If you are unable to complete the installation of our parts without instructions, we highly suggest that you consult with a local installer prior to starting installation attempt. We do not provide installation assistance, guidance, or advice.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds due to inability to complete installation without instructions.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less a 35% restocking fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@propowerdiesel.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not provide return shipping labels under ANY circumstances. Original shipping costs (when we shipped to you) are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Expedited shipping is offered on our website and we do our best to adhere to the timeframes listed, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been picked up. Service type used for expedited shipping is at the discretion of ProPower Diesel. Expedited shipping times quoted on our website are based on Business Day (M-F, excluding federal holidays) calculations, not including the shipping day itself. Therefore, an expedited package shipped on Friday and delivered on Tuesday would be calculated as delivered in 2 days (Monday and Tuesday). An overnight package shipped on a Friday would be delivered on Monday. Expedited or overnight packages ordered before 12:00PST will be given priority to ship the same day, but we cannot guarantee same day shipping of orders. Orders placed after 12:00PST will most likely not ship same day. We do not provide refunds for shipping delays caused by carrier delays.
Packages that are refused delivery will be subject to loss of original shipping, plus deduction of 35% restocking fee and deduction of return shipping cost paid by us due to the rejection.
Cancellations
Cancellations requested by the customer before shipping will be charged a 20% fee to account for our time to process cancellations and the credit card fees that we are assessed for the original order + the refund THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS REGARDLESS OF HOW SOON YOU CANCEL AFTER ORDER. This fee also applies to cancellations due to potential fraud identified by Shopify and/or cancellation due to threatening or abusive messages/emails to staff. Refunds will show in your account within 5-7 business days of cancellation.
